What should I do if my order contains incorrect, damaged, or missing items?
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at service@doravenax.com. Please provide:
- Your order number;
- Photos of the item received;
- Details about the issue.
After reviewing the information provided, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
